Tom Claeys has founded a new niche law firm, specializing in employment law and social security.
Based in Leuven, Pragmalegis (www.pragmalegis.be) will serve individual clients as well as small and big (international) companies regarding all aspects of individual and collective labour law, from drafting agreements, policies, settlement agreements, etc. through optimisation of salary packages, individual dismissals, collective dismissals, restructuring and negotiations with inspection services and trade unions.
Founder Tom Claeys has practiced law since 2005 and acquired most of his experience in the employment law departments of business law firms Van Bael & Bellis, Laga and Tilleman van Hoogenbemt . He also teaches employment law and social security law at UCLL and Mobyus.
