Corporate M&A Associate | 4–8 years experience

Our client is a leading international law firm whose Brussels office covers a broad range of practices, including corporate law, M&A, restructurings, capital markets, banking and finance, tax, dispute resolution, real estate and employment law. • Work on a wide variety of challenging, high-quality transactions alongside the corporate partners.
• Collaborate closely with the competition, finance, tax, employment, dispute resolution, real estate and regulatory teams, both in Brussels and across the international network, on multijurisdictional matters.

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and finance law matters.
• Draft and negotiate corporate and M&A agreements, as well as equity and debt capital markets documentation.
• Manage transactions and conduct legal due diligence exercises.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Play an active role in business development initiatives and client events.
• Train and supervise junior members of the team.

• You have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in corporate law, combined with outstanding technical and commercial skills and a strong commitment to high-quality work.
• You hold a Belgian law degree with first-class academic results; a postgraduate degree is an asset.
• You are able to work in English, Dutch and French.
