Our client is an independent, full-service Belgian law firm in Brussels that supports Belgian and international businesses with the legal side of their activities, from transactions to disputes. Its corporate and M&A practice acts for domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions and private clients. It can also rely on the firm's strong banking team for acquisition and project financing. The firm takes a non-traditional approach to legal practice and pushes itself further for every client and colleague.

• Work on demanding domestic and cross-border files within an internationally oriented firm.

• Advise domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions and private clients on a broad range of corporate matters.
• Take part in national and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Assist on private equity transactions, an area in which the team is particularly active.
• Contribute to corporate restructuring projects.
• Support the team in corporate disputes.
• Work alongside the banking team on the structuring and documentation of acquisition and project financing.

• You are admitted to the Belgian bar and have 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate law with a clear focus on M&A, ideally within a comparable practice.
• You combine a genuine passion for corporate and M&A work with business acumen, sharp drafting skills and a practical, hands-on mindset. You are a driven, internationally minded team player who voices your opinions openly. You have already shown entrepreneurial initiative, for example in a student or sports association, and you don't always follow the beaten track.
• You are fluent in French and comfortable using English and Dutch in a professional setting. International study or work experience, or any additional language, is a plus.
