One-day seminar jointly organised by INSOL Europe & Réseau CAP

Friday 6 March 2026, 10:00 - 17:00 Palais des Académies, Brussels, Belgium

Explore how groups of companies navigate cross-border challenges at this expert-led seminar, featuring EU insights and practical guidance. Conclude the day with an exclusive guided tour of Brussels’ iconic Palais de Justice.

This one-day, high-level seminar brings together leading European practitioners, academics, and judges to examine the challenges faced by groups of companies in financial distress.

Organised jointly by INSOL Europe and Réseau CAP, in partnership with Anthemis & LeA, the conference offers an in-depth and practice-oriented analysis of group insolvency and restructuring in a cross-border context, combining legal doctrine, regulatory developments and hands-on experience.

Held exclusively in person, the seminar is designed to foster substantive dialogue, intellectual exchange and professional networking among participants. Ample time is reserved for discussion with speakers and peers, including a dedicated networking lunch in the historic setting of the Palais des Académies.

The day will conclude with an exclusive guided tour of the Palais de Justice, offering participants a rare behind-the-scenes insight into one of Brussels’ most emblematic judicial landmarks.
