Yelaw strengthens its team with the arrival of Claire Geraci, who joins the firm as Senior Associate.
Claire has spent the past nine years advising employers at two leading law firms.
Her practice covers the full employment relationship, with a particular focus on reorganisations and employee and self-employed status, alongside contracts and work rules, pay and benefits, well-being at work, terminations and social inspections. She has developed particular expertise in the classification of workers, including platform workers and other contractor arrangements.
Claire is as comfortable with the day-to-day questions as with the sensitive files, and she handles both in French, English and Dutch, a real asset for employers operating across Belgium's language communities.
