Nicolas de Crombrugghe rejoins NautaDutilh Brussels as partner

NautaDutilh welcomes Nicolas de Crombrugghe as partner in its Brussels office. Nicolas spent nearly 25 years at NautaDutilh, where he built a strong practice in corporate and M&A, capital markets and listed company matters. Over the past two years, he further developed his perspective as a partner at Edaphone, a climate tech impact fund. He brings extensive experience, strong market insight and a long‑standing connection with both the firm and the Belgian market.
