Your journey with us

You will deal with:

  • supporting our client portfolio in relation to routine, recurring corporate compliance services (e.g. annual general meeting, board changes, UBO registrations, etc.);
  • maintaining corporate records and statutory registers to ensure entities remain in good standing;
  • supporting incorporation of legal entities and establishment of branch offices;
  • handling periodic changes and one-off events such as extraordinary shareholders meetings, changes of the articles of associations;
  • using technology-based legal solutions to support global corporate compliance of our clients;
  • supporting go-to-market activities regarding legal operations and assist with the implementation;
  • taking an active role in applying AI tools to legal entity management and operations work to increase quality and efficiency.;

Let's talk about you

  • you have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice
  • bringing one to three years of experience in legal entity management and/or legal operations is a plus but not a requirement;
  • you have a strong affinity with technology and are genuinely enthusiastic about AI and the opportunities it brings for innovation in the legal field;
  • you master Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of English. French communication skills are a plus;
  • you have excellent knowledge of digital workplace tools;
  • you have an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills;
  • you are eager to learn;
  • you are a real team player, reliable, flexible, respectful and co-operative to make sure good relationships with internal and external stakeholders can be built.
