The team advises Belgian and international clients on a broad range of Intellectual Property matters, combining advisory work, litigation and transactional support. Unlike many specialised practices, this opportunity offers exposure to both Soft IP and Hard IP, allowing you to develop into a true all-round IP lawyer.

Your responsibilities

As an IP Lawyer:

  • Advise clients on a broad range of Intellectual Property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs.
  • Assist in IP litigation and enforcement proceedings before Belgian and European courts.
  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings and client advice.
  • Advise on IP portfolio management, licensing and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor developments in Belgian, European and international IP law.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex cross-border matters.

Let's talk about you

  • You have 4 to 7 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
  • You have a strong academic background or experience within a high-quality IP practice.
  • You have a genuine interest in both Soft IP and Hard IP.
  • You are proactive, organised and eager to continue developing your technical expertise.
