UPSI-BVS is the leading business organization and professional sector federation of the Belgian real estate developers and investors. They count almost 200 real estate developers and investors active in various sectors: residential, offices, logistics, retail, … .
Their primary aim is to defend the interests of the real estate industry on an European, national and regional level. They advise various public administrations on federal and regional level and inform their members on relevant technical, legal and financial topics and sector updates through newsletters and by organizing their commissions and thematic working groups.
They also organize regularly business lunches, seminars and/or study trips to bring together their members around relevant sector updates.
