Our client, a leading independent Belgian business law firm, is looking for an Associate Real Estate & Regulatory to join a top-tier law firm!

Our client is a well-established independent Belgian business law firm advising major Belgian and international corporates on complex legal matters.

Your duties and responsibilities

You will work on a broad range of public and regulatory law matters, including:

• Advising clients on public procurement procedures and tender-related disputes
• Assisting on planning, zoning, environmental and permitting matters
• Supporting clients on energy and broader regulatory law issues
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and regulatory agreements
• Representing and assisting clients in litigation before administrative and judicial courts
• Providing strategic legal advice to major Belgian and international companies
• Working closely with senior lawyers on complex multidisciplinary matters

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in public law, administrative law, public procurement, environmental, planning or regulatory law
• Languages: Fluent Dutch and English, with professional working proficiency in French
• Qualifications: Belgian-qualified lawyer with strong drafting skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach
