Senior Commercial Lawyer | Technology, AI & Digital Services

Our client is a leading Belgian business law firm looking for a senior Commercial Lawyer to support the rapid growth of its Technology & Digital practice.

Our partner is a well-established Belgian law firm combining high-level legal expertise with an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. The firm advises both Belgian and international clients on sophisticated commercial and technology-related matters and is currently experiencing a significant increase in work following a major new client assignment.

With around 50 lawyers and a strong cross-border exposure, the structure offers the perfect balance between premium-quality work, autonomy and long-term career growth.

You will join the Commercial & Technology team and advise clients on a broad range of commercial and digital matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Advising clients on technology, AI and digital services matters
• Supporting innovative and fast-growing businesses on strategic projects
• Managing client relationships autonomously
• Working closely with partners on complex Belgian and international files
• Contributing to the further development of the practice

• 5–7 years of experience in Commercial / Technology law within a law firm
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Master’s degree in Law with a strong business-oriented mindset
