Our client is an international law firm, recognised for its global Competition platform, advising on complex cross-border matters (investigations, behavioural competition, State aid, FDI and EU regulatory frameworks).

Your responsibilities

As a Competition Lawyer:

Advise clients on investigations, behavioural matters and regulatory strategy.
Represent clients before the European Commission and national authorities.
Handle State aid, FDI and Foreign Subsidies Regulation matters.
Work closely with international teams on cross-border competition files.
Actively contribute to business development and team growth initiatives.

Let’s talk about you

You are a Competition lawyer with 5 to 8 years of experience.
You are qualified in an EU jurisdiction.
You have strong exposure to investigations and behavioural matters (merger control is not the main focus).
You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
You have an outgoing personality and a genuine interest in business development.
