Strelia is seeking a talented Associate to join our stand-alone Employment & Benefits Practice in Brussels.

 Your profile 

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional who meets the following criteria: 

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in employment and benefits law at a business or niche law firm. 
  • You hold a master’s degree in law from a Belgian University with strong academic results. An LL.M. in Social Law is a strong plus. 
  • Native Dutch-speaker or Native French-speaker with excellent command of English. Good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch) is a distinct advantage. 
  • Key skills and attributes: 
    • Excellent drafting skills 
    • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills 
    • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset 
    • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Enthusiastic about contributing to firm and team development and client outreach initiatives.
