Junior Analyst, M&A

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join the M&A team in our Luxembourg location. In this role, you will join a team of professionals at the forefront of the business handling the M&A activities. Your mission is to analyze M&A and Assets acquisition opportunities, and to articulate inorganic investment and acquisition recommendations to top management.

Are you up for the challenge?

You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):

• Undertake valuations of businesses using a variety of methodologies, including comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow analyses, and present and discuss the results with the project team
• Support detailed financial modelling and analysis including valuation and assessing the financial impact of transaction
• Support in transaction process management, enabling the team to run projects smoothly
• Perform due diligence, including review of financial statements, market data, and industry trends
• Prepare full set of recommendations in terms of business case, strategic fit, market assessment, risks assessment, and deal structure

1. Must have 

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Engineering or related field
• Solid valuation and financial modelling capabilities
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluency in English
• A first work experience in Corporate FInance, M&A and/or business valuations
