PwC further expands its HR Management services to include executive talent management

Executive Talent expert Michel Deboeck to lead team of experienced consultants

PwC further expands its HR Management services in the Belgian market and has appointed Michel Deboeck to launch its latest service offering: Executive Talent Services (ETS). Michel Deboeck is a renowned expert on executive HR services whose reputation extends internationally. He has worked in HR management roles for organisations such as ING, AT&T and BNP Paribas Fortis, and was one of the founding partners of a leading organisation development consulting firm. In 2006 Michel was elected as HR manager of the year. With over 30 years' of experience in various aspects of international HRM, Michel is eminently qualified to help PwC achieve its ambitions with the launch of its Executive Talent Services (ETS). His extensive intercultural experience with diverse management teams in Europe, US and the Asia Pacific region places him in an excellent position to advise our clients on how best to manage their executive talent.

Talent management strategies create higher-performing businesses

Talent management strategies have always been focused on basic talent management-acquiring, hiring and retaining talented employees. However, to drive optimal levels of success, business leaders need a different approach, assessment and coaching. The key to inciting top management to greatness is to define consistent leadership criteria across all functional areas, and identify specific competencies (analytical, technical, education, experience) to cultivate for continuous growth.

PwC wants to further expand the HRM services into executive talent management. "We're delighted to welcome Michel to the team", states Peter De Bley, Partner, PwC Belgium. "Executive Talent Services will go live on the 1st of July, where experienced and internationally focused consultants will provide high quality HR consulting services for managing executive talent within organisations. Michel has extensive experience on advising clients on all matters concerning executive talent. We are now in a unique position to offer HRM services across all levels, even in a niche market."

"Business leaders who implement the best talent management processes are more prepared than their competitors to compete in the global economy and capitalize quickly on new opportunities. True success is only available when companies do more than adapt to long-term trends; they must be able to anticipate and jump on new opportunities before the rest of the market" said Michel Deboeck.
