Niels advises clients on complex white-collar crime matters and has extensive experience with investigations conducted by criminal authorities, financial and other regulators, and European bodies. He is also qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation in criminal matters. In addition, he is affiliated with the Institute for Criminal Law at KU Leuven and is the author of several publications, as well as a frequent speaker on business criminal law.
