If you are thinking about a move, you would rather not announce it. So your profile is anonymous by default, and your identity is never revealed without your explicit permission.

    Employers see only your expertise, practice area and seniority, never your name, your contact details or your current and past employers. Your dashboard shows you exactly what that blind profile looks like.

  • One button deletes everything

    The delete button in your dashboard permanently removes your profile, your CV, your matches and your saved jobs. Your data is processed under the GDPR, and it stays yours.

    We use AI to read your CV (that happens inside Europe) and to match you. Both run under enterprise licences whose terms prohibit training on your data and rule out retaining it after processing.

What does the Talent Pool add if I already follow job ads?
Keep looking at them. The Talent Pool also gives you:
  1. Contact about unpublished roles
    Some firms first search discreetly for candidates. With a profile they can reach you, even if they don't publish a vacancy.
  2. Less time spent checking
    New matches come to your LexGO dashboard and your inbox, so you don't have to go through the job board every week when you are busy.

I have a job and I'm not actively looking. Why join now?
That is exactly when a profile helps. You follow the market without anyone noticing, and you respond only to a vacancy that really interests you. You don't need to be actively looking.

Is the service free?
Yes. Joining the Talent Pool is free for candidates.

Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models. We work under enterprise licences with our AI providers, not consumer tools like ChatGPT, and our agreements prohibit both training on your data and retaining it after processing. Your CV itself is read inside Europe, and is never retained by the AI provider.

I haven't graduated yet. Is this for me?
Yes, especially in your final year. Create your profile before you graduate and you get the vacancies for starters that fit you, such as a trainee lawyer's seat, a first in-house role or a junior tax position. When you add your first experience after graduating, the matching takes it into account.

How much effort does it take to create a profile?
About 5 minutes. You give us the essentials once and can refine your profile whenever you like.

What happens after I sign up?
Your profile enters LexGO's matching. When a relevant vacancy appears, you find it in your dashboard and in your inbox.

Which employers do the vacancies come from?
From law firms, in-house legal departments, tax and advisory firms, notaries, banks and insurers, public institutions and other organisations hiring legal, tax and compliance talent.

How often will I be contacted?
Only when there is a new match or something you need to know. Match emails come at most once a day.

Can I delete my profile?
Yes, yourself and immediately. The Privacy tab of your dashboard has a delete button that permanently removes your profile, your CV, your matches and your saved jobs. We email you a confirmation. Your LexGO account stays active unless you close that separately.
