The Belgian legal world is small, and word travels. So your profile is anonymous by default, and your identity is never revealed without your explicit permission.

    Employers see only your expertise, practice area and seniority, never your name, your contact details or your current and past employers. Your dashboard shows you exactly what that blind profile looks like.

  • Revealed only with your consent

    Your contact details and firm history stay hidden until you share them, either when you follow up on a match or when an employer asks for access and you approve it.

  • One button deletes everything

    The delete button in your dashboard permanently removes your profile, your CV, your matches and your saved jobs. Your data is processed under the GDPR, and it stays yours.

  • Block specific employers

    Name the firms that must never see you, including the one you work for now. Your profile is hidden from them, full stop.

  • No training on your data

    We use AI to read your CV (that happens inside Europe) and to match you. Both run under enterprise licences whose terms prohibit training on your data and rule out retaining it after processing.

    Location, working time, contract type and languages work as filters. The engine never sends you a vacancy that clashes with one of them, however well the rest fits.

Keep reading them. The Talent Pool adds three things a job board cannot do:
  1. Roles that are never advertised
    Some firms prefer to search a pool of candidates before they publish an ad, or instead of publishing one, to keep the search confidential. A profile puts you in reach of those searches.
  2. Less time spent checking
    Checking job ads is manual work, and a busy week is enough to miss the right role. The Talent Pool checks for you and sends you what fits.
  3. Conditions a search box cannot handle
    You can record conditions that are hard to search for, such as a 4/5 schedule or no commute, and the matching takes them into account.

So you can follow the market without signalling that you are looking, and act only when something is worth it.

Yes. Joining the Talent Pool is free for candidates.

No. Your data is never used to train AI models. We work under enterprise licences with our AI providers, not consumer tools like ChatGPT, and our agreements prohibit both training on your data and retaining it after processing. Your CV itself is read inside Europe, and is never retained by the AI provider.

No. You can join to keep an eye on the market and respond only when a strong fit comes along.

Your profile enters LexGO's matching. When a relevant vacancy appears, you find it in your dashboard and in your inbox.

Only when there is a new match or something you need to know. Match emails come at most once a day.

Yes, yourself and immediately. The Privacy tab of your dashboard has a delete button that permanently removes your profile, your CV, your matches and your saved jobs. We email you a confirmation. Your LexGO account stays active unless you close that separately.
