Our client, an established international organisation with operations in Belgium, is looking for an interim Head of Compliance to lead a prevention-focused compliance function. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines strong regulatory judgement with a genuinely proactive, risk-prevention mindset.
You will take ownership of the compliance function for the Belgian operation, working closely with local leadership and liaising directly with Belgian regulators. The focus of this mandate is firmly on prevention: building and strengthening frameworks, controls, and awareness before issues arise, rather than managing compliance reactively.
