Regulatory & Compliance Officer

As Regulatory & Compliance Officer, you will will take on a broad role within the organisation’s compliance function. You will:

• Contribute to the further development and day-to-day implementation of the organisation’s compliance and risk framework.
• Monitor regulatory developments and help translate new requirements into practical solutions for the business.
• Take an active role in AML/CFT matters.
• Support interactions with regulators and contribute to regulatory reporting and filing requirements.
• Contribute to the monitoring of external service providers.
• Provide compliance and regulatory support across the organisation’s investment and fund activities.
• Advise on compliance matters connected to the organisation’s continued international development.
• Work on a variety of regulatory projects, with the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities over time.

• You have at least five years of experience. 
• You have gained experience with compliance and/or regulatory matters within a European context.
• You combine a strong interest in regulation with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are comfortable navigating situations where the answer is not always black and white and can take a thoughtful, risk-based approach.
• You enjoy combining advisory work with hands-on responsibilities.
• You take ownership of your work and are comfortable working autonomously within a close-knit team.
• You are fluent in English and have knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
