MAM Gruppe was founded in 2009 with a straightforward idea: that recruitment in Germany works better when the person handling your search actually knows the market they're working in.
Since then, we've grown into one of Germany's leading specialist recruitment agencies, with offices in Munich, London, and Dubai, and a team of consultants who work exclusively within their own verticals. That means when you work with MAM Gruppe, you're not handed to a generalist. You're working with someone who lives and breathes Technology, Legal, GRC, or Finance, and has spent years building the networks to prove it.
We work with over 350 clients across Germany, from early-stage scale-ups to DAX-40 corporations, and we've maintained a 97% candidate retention rate since our founding. Those numbers matter to us, but what matters more is the quality of the relationships behind them.
MAM Gruppe's Freelance division operates across Europe on senior-level appointments.
