The Corporate department supports companies and their executives at every stage of corporate life: incorporation, growth, restructuring (mergers, acquisitions, demergers). The team works on governance and corporate law as well as on national and international transactions. Our lawyers also advise shareholders and directors on business transfers and sales, shareholder relations and the liability of governing bodies. The department is recognised by the leading international directories — Chambers Global and Legal 500 — for the quality of its work in corporate law and M&A transactions.
