Our client, a well-established independent business law firm in Brussels, is looking for a Business Lawyer eager to work on high-value corporate matters.

Advising both Belgian and international companies, financial institutions and investors, the firm offers lawyers the opportunity to work on sophisticated business law matters while enjoying a collaborative environment with genuine autonomy and direct client exposure.

• Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters.
• Assist on corporate transactions, restructurings and contractual negotiations.
• Handle both advisory and litigation files depending on client needs.
• Advise clients active in regulated industries, including financial institutions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documentation.
• Work on regulatory, compliance and security-related legal matters.
• Manage your own files with direct client contact while collaborating closely with experienced partners.
• Participate in cross-border matters alongside international legal experts.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer in Corporate, Commercial or Business Law.
• Languages: Native French or Dutch with a good command of the second national language and professional English.
• Qualifications: Belgian Master's degree in Law with excellent academic results. An interest in financial regulation or compliance is considered a strong asset.
