CMS is looking for a junior associate to strengthen its real estate law team in Brussels.

Profile:

You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind, you like to take initiatives
Accuracy and rigor are two of your top qualities
You have a genuine interest in real estate
You are fluent in French and English
You preferably have up to two or three years of experience in the real estate department of a business law firm
You display team spirit

Main responsibilities:

Advise companies and national and international groups in several areas of real estate law
Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases
Manage files, act with a satisfying degree of independence, under the supervision of a partner
Assist to client meetings
