Harvest est un cabinet de niche créé par trois associés fondateurs et composé aujourd'hui d'une petite dizaine de personnes spécialisées en droit des sociétés et en fiscalité. Nous avons la chance de travailler chaque jour pour des acteurs économiques issus de secteurs variés, i.e. technologies, médias, immobilier, assurances, santé ou encore retail.

YOUR PROFILE

You have

  • 2–5 years’ experience for the Medior position or 5–10 years for the Senior position, preferably in the corporate/M&A practice of a reputable law firm
  • A Belgian Master of Laws with strong academic credentials
  • Fluency in French and English and a good command of Dutch
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills
  • A pragmatic, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
