In Belgium, our firm is in a phase of active growth. Our multidisciplinary practice is establishing itself on complex matters, both domestic and cross-border, at the intersection of business, regulation, and strategy.

Our Brussels team already brings together recognized expertise in:

  • EU and competition law 
  • Corporate / M&A 
  • Employment & labor law 
  • Commercial & contract

The firm is already advising a growing portfolio of Belgian and international clients, providing a solid platform for further development.

We are now looking to accelerate this trajectory by welcoming experienced lawyers, including partner or partner-track profiles, who wish to actively contribute to the structuring and growth of a leading practice in Belgium.

What You Will Work On

Depending on your expertise, seniority, and existing practice, your role will be structured around:

  • Developing and structuring your own practice within the firm in Belgium, building on your existing client relationships and areas of expertise 
  • Advising your clients, as well as those of the firm, on complex, high-value matters 
  • Leveraging the firm’s existing client base and international network to identify and develop cross-selling opportunities 
  • Handling strategic transactions, disputes, or regulatory issues within your field 
  • Engaging, where relevant, in cross-border matters in coordination with other offices 

The role is designed for lawyers who wish to combine the development of their own practice with the ability to rely on an existing platform and a strong European network.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking lawyers who combine technical excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will typically demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in a recognized law firm or equivalent environment 
  • The ability to originate, structure, and manage client relationships 
  • A strong appetite for complex, strategic, and non-standard legal work 
  • Autonomy, sound judgment, and business awareness 
  • A willingness to invest in the long-term development of a growing office 

For partner-track candidates, a developing client base or a clear and credible business plan will be expected.

We operate across French, English, and Dutch in our day-to-day practice.
