Your responsibilities

As an Employment Lawyer:

Advise Belgian and international clients on all aspects of employment law, both individual and collective.
Handle complex cross-border matters, restructurings, service agreements and dismissals.
Represent clients in employment-related disputes and negotiations.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-level mandates.
Contribute to business development initiatives such as webinars, publications and events.

Let’s talk about you

You have between 4 and 10 years of experience as an Employment Lawyer
You hold a Belgian master’s degree in law (an LL.M. in Employment or Social Law is a plus).
You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent English (French is an asset).
You are business-oriented, proactive and comfortable interacting with clients.
