Our core real estate practice is led by partners Yves Delacroix, Alexandre Emond and Laurent Pyls. The team consists of 9 people and works in an integrated manner with the firm’s other recognised practices including tax, regulatory (permitting, environment, public-private partnerships, energy), commercial litigation, corporate and finance.
The real estate practice, top-ranked in Belgium (Chambers, Legal 500), covers all major asset classes within the professional real estate sector: retail, hotel and leisure, office, industrial and logistics (warehouses, data centres and industrial sites), senior and care housing, co-living and residential property (generally acting for professional companies or firms active in the residential property market).
The work encompasses assisting Belgian and foreign business clients at all stages of their high-profile real estate investments and projects whether the need is for advice, drafting and negotiation of documentation, or dispute management.

We are looking for a bright associate who:
- Has an excellent level of Dutch and English with a good knowledge of French.
- Has between one and four years of experience in a broad range of real estate and property matters.
- Has a first-class Belgian law degree.
- Has strong analytical skills and is eager to learn.
- Has a client-oriented, practical and commercial mind-set.
- Can prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fluctuating workload.
- Is a team-player who can work independently.
