Position overview

We are seeking a Paralegal who embodies COMO's ethos, bringing proactive initiative, superior organizational abilities, and a robust willingness to learn. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to contributing significantly to our legal and administrative teams. 

Key responsibilities

  • Document Management: Assist in drafting, formatting, and managing legal documents, communications, presentations, and reports. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries, assist with pre-litigation and litigation cases, and manage due diligence processes. 
  • Record Keeping: Oversee the maintenance, archiving, retrieval, and annual review of company documents. 
  • Corporate Secretarial Duties: Prepare board and shareholder resolutions, manage the collection and distribution of signatures, and ensure accurate maintenance of corporate books and shareholder registers. 
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize meetings, manage schedules, coordinate business travel and accommodations, and handle document dispatch and retrieval tasks. 
  • IT and Office Administration: Coordinate with IT support for equipment needs and manage office supplies, including liaising with service providers for office maintenance. 
  • HR Support: Assist the HR activities with administrative tasks and support corporate development initiatives. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure effective follow-up on action points and communicate decisions to relevant stakeholders, including liaising with external regulators and advisors. 
  • Board Support: Aid in enhancing board and team effectiveness and providing support to affiliated companies as needed. 

Your profile

  • Educational Background: Law degree or equivalent, with a solid understanding of the Luxembourg legal and regulatory framework. 
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a corporate governance or legal role within Luxembourg, ideally with exposure to the banking or finance industry. 
  • Skills: 
  • Excellent analytical capabilities to handle complex legal data. 
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in English. 
  • Flexible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented with a quality-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and supportively within a team. 
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and a proactive "Can Do" attitude. 
  • Eager for continuous learning and professional development.
