Ben je een jurist met reeds enkele jaren ervaring in familiaal vermogensrecht en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in jouw buurt?
Onze kantoren te Kortrijk, Oostkamp en Gent zijn op zoek naar een legal consultant familiaal vermogensrecht/PRG die als een centrale spilfiguur meedenkt, anticipeert en als vertrouwenspersoon wil fungeren voor onze klanten.
De medewerkers van het private governance team zijn experten in het structuren, beschermen en overdragen van vermogen. Hun visie gaat veel verder dan de klassieke optimalisatie rond erfbelasting en inkomstenbelasting.
Dankzij de multidisciplinaire omgeving slagen onze Private Governance experten erin om de familiale planning af te stemmen op de businessplannen van het familiaal bedrijf en de noden van de familie;
- Je versterkt het private governance team, en werkt mee aan passende antwoorden op het gebied van fiscaal-juridische vermogensplanning;
- Je kan de complexe materie begrijpbaar naar de klant overbrengen;
- Je neemt al snel je rol op als vertrouwenspersoon en adviseur van bedrijfsleiders en high net worth individuals.
- Je behaalde een Master Rechten, een bijkomende opleiding estate planning of notariaat is een troef;
- Je beschikt over een relevante professionele ervaring van 3-5 jaar binnen een notaris-, gespecialiseerd advies- of advocatenkantoor inzake successieplanning, huwelijksvermogens- en erfrecht en bent goed op de hoogte van de relevante wetgeving inzake registratie- en erfbelasting.
- Je vindt een uitdaging in het uitwerken van een technische analyse en kan deze op vlotte wijze vertalen naar een pragmatisch advies;
- Interesse om een lange termijnrelatie op te bouwen met de klant;
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en/of Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is absoluut een troef.
