Janson est une association d’avocats en droit des affaires, pluridisciplinaire et multilingue, fondée en 1950. Le cabinet compte aujourd’hui une centaine d'avocats, dont la plupart ont complété leurs cursus universitaire par des études spécialisées en Belgique et à l’étranger.

Tout au long de son développement, Janson est restée indépendante d’autres structures nationales et internationales, en maintenant cependant dans le monde entier des liens étroits avec des cabinets d'avocats indépendants de même exigence.  

En 2004, le cabinet van Drooghenbroeck-Lagneaux, spécialisé en droit social, a rejoint Janson. Afin de se rapprocher de ses clients en région flamande, l'association a ouvert en 2011 un bureau à Gand. Le cabinet Favart installé à Mons depuis 1957 a rejoint Janson en 2017.


You will join a dynamic and experienced team handling a wide range of business crime matters, from internal and regulatory investigations to litigation, covering corruption and bribery, money laundering, fraud, market abuse and all types of corporate misconduct. Your profile

  • You will have a Belgian Master's degree in law and a strong academic record. An additional Master's degree or LLM is an advantage;
  • You have a good understanding of criminal procedure and business crime; 
  • You have professional experience (4 to 8 years) in a law firm. 
  • You are business-minded with an eye for practical solutions; 
  • You have excellent communication skills and write fluently;
  • You are an empathetic team player; 
  • You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent knowledge of English and French;
  • You are ambitious and want to grow in a professional environment.
