Legal Counsel Logistics & Motorsport

As a member of the legal team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Advisory on commercial and corporate legal issues for the Logistics and Motorsport branch of Weerts Group. 
• Drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Support M&A transactions and negotiations
• Actively shaping company-wide co-operation and processes.
• Coordination with external lawyers and advisors.

• 2-7 years of transactional experience on corporate and commercial contracts, such as service and supply chain agreements.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic skills
• Able to anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of french and english (dutch or german would be a plus).
• You have a Belgian master degree in law;
• You are pragmatic, hands-on and result-driven;
• You can work independently and take responsibility
