What your future may hold

As Senior Legal & Regulatory Manager: 

• You will build the legal department and translate Coreso’s strategy into legal plans with a structured and proactive process driven approach;
• You will manage the Junior Legal Counsel (who you will hire) and functionally coach the Regulatory Advisor;
• You will act as Coreso’s Corporate Secretary;
• You will deliver legal advice to different legal questions ;
• You will develop and optimise the legal policies of Coreso to ensure that the legal operations of the organisation can be guaranteed;
• You will manage legal risks and liaise with the insurance manager;
• You will be well informed about the relevant legislation;
• You will collaborate with all the different shareholders. 

Your skillset

• You have obtained a Belgian Master’s degree in Law and have at least 10 years of experience  as a lawyer and/or as an inhouse legal counsel preferably in the energy or other regulated sector;
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and French both written and orally;
• You are pragmatic, autonomous and dispose of strong people management skills;
• You are able to work with various stakeholders with different backgrounds;
• You are able to identify and resolve problems, propose solutions with creativity whilst being aware of the risk;
• You are resilient, patient and structured.
