Cambrian has an opening for an Associate Corporate Law (Belgian-qualified lawyer) in our Antwerp office. As a member of our team, you will provide innovative companies and their investors a full spectrum of corporate legal advisory services, including M&A, fund formation, PE/VC investments and joint ventures.
The ideal candidate has 4 to 7 years of general corporate experience with investment transactions, M&A and general corporate matters. You share our passion for innovation and are committed to help us further develop and grow the team’s practice. While qualifications certainly count, we believe that performance often delivers more than degree status.
