We are pleased to confirm that Stijn Demeestere joined Laga as of 1 July 2013 to strengthen the employment, pensions & benefits team. Previously, Stijn was a partner of the employment practice of Lydian in Brussels.
Stijn is a renowned advisor for various legal and HR related areas, with focus on, amongst others, dismissal law (both individual and collective), relations with personnel representatives, business' reorganisations, collective bargaining and strikes, HR policies, flexible working time, white collar crime and privacy.
The recruitment of Stijn is a further important step in the leadership and development of Laga's employment, pensions & benefits practice.
