After starting activities in Luxembourg earlier this year, Vialegis has recently set up a subsidiary in Spain. Iterlegis Legal Staffing Solutions S.L. (www.iterlegis.es) is based in Madrid, and will offer services similar to those of Vialegis to law firms and companies throughout Spain.
Iterlegis is headed by Silvia Pérez-Navarro Castillo, an experienced Spanish lawyer who worked at Clifford Chance (Brussels and Madrid) and Linklaters (Madrid) as an associate in the competition law department.
Other international opportunities are being reviewed.
Vialegis (www.vialegis.be) was set up in 2003 and is built on two pillars: recruiting and selecting legal and tax experts, and managing project assignments (Legal Interim Management). All its seven consultants are lawyers (“For and by lawyers”!) with many years of relevant experience at law firms and/or as in-house counsel.
