PKF BOFIDI Legal is strengthening its employment and social security law practice with the arrival of employment law specialist Filip Tilleman and his team. Thanks to this expansion, PKF BOFIDI Legal doubles the size of its employment law practice, making it one of the largest in Belgium. Tilleman joins as a partner and, together with his team, has made the move to PKF BOFIDI Legal. They have been active from the Kontich office since 24 July. With this addition, the law firm now comprises more than 35 legal experts.
Filip Tilleman brings more than thirty years of experience in complex employment law matters, with particular expertise in collective labour law. He began his career under the mentorship of Thierry Claeys and later became a partner in the employment law department of Loeff Claeys Verbeke, now A&O Shearman. He subsequently spent many years as a partner at the niche employment law firm Tilleman Vanhoogenbemt and, until recently, was a partner at a Belgian law firm.
Tilleman is also a highly sought-after speaker on employment law topics for organisations such as NCOI and IFBD and is the author of several professional publications, including the Werkpocket.

PKF BOFIDI Legal's existing employment law team currently operates from Ghent and Hasselt. With the arrival of the new team in Kontich, the firm is expanding not only its capacity but also its geographical presence in the field of employment law.
