YouConnect is an independent recruitment firm specialised in the recruitment of legal, compliance and HR professionals for both permanent and interim management positions. Since its foundation in 2013, YouConnect has experienced continuous growth and a successful expansion of its client portfolio. To further strengthen its interim management team, YouConnect welcomed Odile Watté to the team in April 2026.
Odile obtained a Master’s degree in Law from the VUB. She joined YouConnect in April 2026 after a career of more than six years as a lawyer specialising in corporate M&A.
