Three new appointments at NautaDutilh Brussels

NautaDutilh Brussels strengthens its Tech, IT & Data and Banking & Finance practices with three new appointments.

Peter Craddock – Local Partner, Tech, IT & Data Protection Law: Peter's practice covers both the provision of strategic advice and contract negotiations for complex data-driven and IT projects. In addition, he regularly represents major Belgian and international companies before the regulatory authorities and courts in matters related to data protection, cybersecurity, e-commerce, digitalisation and the outsourcing of IT services. Peter is a legal technologist whose unique combination of legal expertise in all aspects of the digital environment and 18 years' experience as a software developer allows him to provide targeted advice to SMEs, government organisations and global players in a manner that reconciles business, technical and regulatory requirements.

Pierre De Pauw – Counsel, Financial Regulatory:  Pierre specialises in banking and finance as well as corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on the regulatory aspects of banking and financial services, M&A in the financial sector, clearing and settlement systems and financial litigation. Pierre advises Belgian and foreign financial institutions, including banks, insurance and reinsurance companies, investment firms, payment and e-money institutions, funds and CSDs, in both domestic and cross-border transactions. He assists clients with all aspects of prudential supervision, including licensing applications, corporate governance matters, compliance, crisis management and dealings with the regulators.  

Nathalie Van Landuyt – Counsel, Finance: Nathalie specialises in corporate law and corporate finance, with a focus on syndicated and non-syndicated loan transactions and restructurings, usually with a cross-border aspect. She advises financial institutions, investors and corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and international finance matters, including acquisition finance, general corporate lending, asset finance (real estate finance and asset-based lending), leasing and factoring. She has extensive litigation and transactional experience in all areas of general corporate and financial law.
