In addition, as a Manager you will be able to develop your own business contacts and to network intelligently within the global firm. • You have already acquired at least three years of relevant experience in a specialist law firm, or as in-house counsel for a multinational or service-provider (payroll agency or advice agency). You have a complete knowledge of all the aspects of Belgian employment law and social security (on both a national and an international level).

  • You are business- and solution minded with a pro-active approach.

  • You are driven and you have a strong client-oriented approach.

  • You are capable to manage your files autonomously.

  • You are continually driven to improve your (technical and personal) skills and knowledge.

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.

You find a unique opportunity to be part of a very focused and enthusiastic team, and you will be able to contribute to the further growth and development of the Belgian HR Law practice.

Obviously, you will be offered a comprehensive remuneration package that includes a whole array of benefits in kind.

In addition to a competitive salary, supplemented with attractive fringe benefits, our client offers you a multidisciplinary environment with challenging career perspectives, continuous education and on-the-job training.

You will have the opportunity to further develop the business as well as your technical and personal skills through exciting training opportunities. This will enable you to grow as a professional and as a person.

Furthermore, the practice disposes of the state of the art IT-tools, solutions, network and it invests heavily in its people in terms of welfare, incentives and rewards. The practice prides itself on maintaining a friendly, informal and sociable working atmosphere.
