My client is looking to strengthen its team with a experienced Office Manager-Legal Secretary, to add value and reinforce the Group’s growing activities in all its divisions.


Your function

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee their daily operations and you will ensure their office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities of this role include managing the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing administrative staff, maintaining office supplies.

Overall you will also be responsible for:

  • Corporate housekeeping including preparation and follow-up of incorporations, restructurings and corporate procedures; 
  • Maintaining shareholder registers; 
  • Liaising with notaries, administrative authorities, auditors and fiduciaries internationally; 
  • Follow-up of licensing files; 
  • Completing other legal and administrative formalities, drafting documents, assisting with legal supervision. 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice or in Business Administration; 
  • Min. 5 years in a similar role; 
  • Excellent level of English 
  • Ideally, you should also be fluent in Italian or German, as many of their clients and stakeholders are located in these regions. 
  • You are analytical, punctual and work proactively and autonomously. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
