As a Paralegal, you will be part of a legal team that currently consists of six members.

Together with the other paralegal in the team, you are responsible for the legal and administrative support of (the legal department of) Aedifica.

Your primary tasks will consist of:

  • the support, preparation and follow-up of the corporate housekeeping of Aedifica Group
  • the legal and administrative support of the legal managers at real estate (dis)investments (administrative support at due diligence, administrative preparation of a signing/closing, drawing up and following up post-signing/closing lists, updating of overviews, etc.)
  • follow-up of the status of legal disputes
  • the support of the compliance obligations of Aedifica as listed regulated real estate company
  • the administrative support of the legal team and the general counsel
  • entering documents and data into the document management system
  • support in the follow-up of anti-money laundering procedures relating to the operators
  • monitoring insurance policies (requesting insurance certificates from operators and insurance brokers; reporting new insurance objects to the insurance broker, updating statements, etc.)
  • the coordination with different country teams concerning the collection of data required for the annual report.

You will report to the Chief Legal / M&A Officer.


  • You have obtained a professional bachelor's degree in legal practice or you hold a bachelor in Law; 
  • You have demonstrated interest in real estate law in all its facets;
  • You have 3 years of experience;
  • You work very conscientiously;
  • You are reliable and motivated;
  • You have a fluent spoken and written knowledge of Dutch, French and English; 
  • You are a team player; 
  • You can meet deadlines, you are stress resistant and well-organised;
  • You are proactive, pragmatic and look for solutions to problems.
