Belgian law firm Liedekerke enhances its debt finance capabilities with the arrival of Freya Mareels. She joins the firm on 3 October as partner in its Banking and Finance Practice Group.
Freya specialises in banking and finance, with a focus on leveraged financing and general corporate lending (including asset based financing), real estate finance and debt restructuring. Freya has 10 years of experience in a top-tier Anglo-Saxon law firm. She acts for both lenders and borrowers and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions. In this context, Freya works with Belgian and international banks, corporates and private equity firms.
Freya’s arrival helps to further enhance Liedekerke’s growing Banking and Finance Practice.
