Johan Vonckers appointed as partner at McGuireWoods

As part of their steady growth of their International practice and the Brussels office, McGuireWoods are delighted to announce the appointment of Johan Vonckers as a Partner in their corporate and real estate team. He joined the firm in 2002 and advises clients on a wide range of business matters including real estate and construction law, real estate finance, commercial and company law, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate re-organizations.
