STORI : gereglementeerde informatie inzake beursgenoteerde ondernemingen eindelijk gecentraliseerd en onmiddellijk beschikbaa…

The CBFA implemented a central storage of regulated information on publicly listed companies.

The Royal Decree of 23 February 2010 designated the CBFA as the institution that, as from 1 January 2011, will be responsible for the central storage of regulated information within the meaning of the Transparency Directive. As such, STORI (not to be confused with ‘Story’ a magazine containing information of a more popular nature), which stands for STOrage of Regulated Information, contains regulated information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and for which Belgium is the home Member State, and for issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on Alternext (operated by Euronext Brussels NV/SA).

STORI does not process the information but merely centralizes the regulated information that issuers have filed with the CBFA. Since the information is not processed but merely passed on, the issuers remain solely responsible for the completeness or the quality of the information submitted.

STORI contains regulated information submitted after 1 January 2011 to the CBFA.
