Emmanuel Cornu elected President of the Benelux Council for Intellectual Property

Our IP team is very proud to announce that Emmanuel Cornu has been elected unanimously to President of the Benelux Council for Intellectual Property (BOIP for IP professionals).

The Benelux Council for Intellectual Property makes recommendations and issues advice on all matters relating to intellectual property within the competence of the Benelux Organisation for Intellectual Property (https://www.boip.int/en). The members of the Benelux Council are drawn from the largest possible number of stakeholder circles in the Benelux: the judiciary, the academic world, lawyers, agents and, of course, the business community.

Emmanuel Cornu’s election to President of the Benelux Council is testimony to his long-standing and vast experience in the field of intellectual property, for which he is renowned amongst his peers on both the national and international level.
