This role will involve tasks such as document management, research, reviewing and amending documents and supporting specific members of the project team and the legal team. 

In more detail:

  • Supporting and assisting the legal and special project team in day-to-day (administrative) activities and in large projects

  • Responding to internal and client questions

  • Drafting general correspondence

  • Participating in meetings

  • Performing case management including the associated administration

  • Interacting as necessary with external service providers

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, memoranda, presentations 

  • Organizing and managing voluminous documents for a variety of tasks e.g. preparing detailed document summaries

  • Setting and supervising timelines and deadlines

  • Other general administrative duties reasonably associated with the role

  • Enthusiasm is the key to everything…

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work, ability to multi-task and work quickly, to organize and manage voluminous documents for a variety of tasks and strong attention to detail.

  • Confidence in navigating the business.

  • Language requirements:

  • German: perfect

  • English: proficient

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting a legal department and managing administrative workload. Less or more is negotiable.
