Your responsibilities

Handle acquisition files from A to Z, including LOIs, due diligence, transaction documents and closing.
Advise on corporate structures and implement reorganisations.
Draft a wide range of corporate documents (incorporations, branch openings, dividends, mergers, demergers and liquidations).
Provide advice on corporate governance matters.
Interact directly with clients and external advisors.
Contribute to the development of the firm and its future growth.

Let’s talk about you

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate / M&A
An international experience or an LL.M. in Corporate Law is a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset).
You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
