We are looking for experienced professionals to strengthen our Accountancy, Tax & Legal Business in our offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Zaventem, or Liège. 

As an E-Invoicing Consultant, you will: 

  • Act as the primary advisor to clients on all aspects of e-invoicing, e-reporting, and other related digital reporting obligations, both in Belgium and internationally. 
  • Assist and advise clients on e-invoicing regulations, digital reporting frameworks, and strategies to help them stay compliant within evolving digital landscape. 
  • Work closely with clients to analyze their inbound and outbound invoicing and billing processes and transactional landscape to assess risks, and provide practical solutions to enhance compliance and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Tax, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure a holistic approach to e-invoicing and e-reporting obligations. 
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes in e-invoicing, and e-reporting and translate these into actionable insights for clients. 
  • Contribute to thought leadership by sharing knowledge on best practices and regulatory developments. 
  • Mentor and support junior team members in developing their expertise in e-invoicing and e-reporting obligations. 
  • Ideally, have a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and a desire to explore its applications within the tax domain, contributing to innovative solutions and strategies. 

Let's Talk About You:

  • You have an university degree in a relevant field such as business economics, law, accounting, or tax. A specialisation in indirect tax and/or technology affiliation is a plus. 
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-invoicing, e-reporting. Experience in indirect tax compliance or advisory is an asset. 
  • Strong knowledge on digital reporting obligations at both national and EU levels. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. 
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or French. 
  • Experience with delivering e-invoicing projects is an asset. 
  • A recognised tax consultant qualification (ITAA) is a plus.
