Missions :

You will join our team of experienced lawyers and participate in the following missions:

Monitoring of UCI operations (NDA, due diligence, review and management of private debt and real estate contracts, creation of holding companies, etc.);
Assistance in the creation and monitoring of UCIs in France and abroad;
Monitoring of distribution agreements and amendments and various contracts related to the operation of UCIs (depositary, valuer, paying agents, ISDA and FBF, etc.);
Management of local and cross-border registrations;
Regulatory watch.

Profile :

You are a student in Master 2 Banking and Financial Law, Business Law, Bar School or Business School
You have first experience in a law firm or financial institution
You are proficient in business law and preferably have a background in banking and finance law
You have fluent English written and spoken
You are rigorous
You have a good relationship skills
You can adapt to work in a fast-changing environment
