Corporate Practice at Fieldfisher Belgium

Our Corporate Practice in Belgium is a dynamic and highly skilled team that advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters. We work with both local and international clients, providing them with strategic and commercial advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and other corporate transactions.

We are looking for a Junior Associate with a focus on Corporate


  • You hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from a reputable university with strong academic results;
  • You have 0-2 years of experience in a corporate practice at a law firm;
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English is required;
  • You have excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
  • You are a team player with the ability to work independently
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a commercial mindset
